Federal Sentence Help is a one-on-one guidance practice, not a course, subscription, or template library. We work directly with people facing federal sentencing, families preparing for a loved one's surrender, and clients referred by their attorneys. Every engagement is shaped around the specific case, timeline, and questions we walk in with, and grounded in Bureau of Prisons policy and firsthand experience.
Support ranges from a single introductory call to structured preparation across post sentencing, self-surrender, time custody, and reentry. Every client receives our guidebook Beyond the Bars: A Survivor's Guide to Federal Prison Camp and Reentry as part of that engagement. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or mitigation.

Text support sessions can be scheduled in weekly or monthly increments, as needed.

Additional Sessions (À La Carte)
Some individuals begin with a single preparation session and later decide they would like additional guidance as questions arise.
Follow-up sessions can be scheduled individually if additional support is needed.
